Who we are
Data Heroes (thedatahero.com) is run by Diogo Alves de Resende. By creating an account or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Give us an accurate email. Members-only apps need the same email you use in the AI Heroes community on Circle.
Members-only access
Access to the Venture Workbook and other members-only apps comes with an active Build a Product membership. If your membership ends, your access may end too.
Your content
What you write in the workbook and the chat apps stays yours. We store it so you can use it across devices, and we don't sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
AI features
Some features use AI to generate answers and feedback. AI can be wrong. Treat its output as guidance, not professional, legal or financial advice. The chat apps may save short facts about you so they can personalise answers. You can see and delete these on your Account page.
Communications
We may email you about your account and your courses. With your permission we also send news, new courses and offers. You can opt out when you sign up, and unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, scrape, resell access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Course materials
Course materials, worksheets and videos are for your personal use. Don't share or republish them without permission.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll ask you to accept them again.
